关于-200的问题

好吧，我承认自己就是各位大大形容的那种不懂英文又一头扎进羊毛堆里的菜鸟。现在的情况是在没弄明白限制的前提下买了6人的香港台北9月份的机加酒，接下来会出现怎样的状况呢？有没有哪些补救措施啊？例如取消买票时使用的信用卡是否能够帮助减少损失呢？

6封Travelocity Confirmation 和Ticket Confirmation Email 是收到了，Travelocity的账户里也有这6张订单的资料。可是在邮箱里还夹杂着收到2封这样的email，不知道是什么意思，能帮忙分析一下吗？谢谢！

第一个说你的预定被取消了，如果你联系xxx号码，他们很乐意告诉你为嘛取消

第二个让你提供更多的信息，至于啥信息，不知道，联系xxx号码

第一封 叫你联系他们，你的预订没有成功，不能给你出票，需要向你索取额外信息出票。

第二封 由于他们给你电话 邮件 你都没回，预订已经取消 所有取消的预订不能再生成 楼主你赶紧联系travelocity吧

楼主 其实你贴的 第一封邮件是晚于第二封邮件的 赶紧问问美国那边的情况
