看帖不仔细。延迟15分钟的是CEBU，取消的是菲鹰

我来更新下，菲鹰回邮件了，貌似说是不是要我自己去重新订票，或者全额退款。奇怪的难道没有免费改签一说？具体邮件在下方，大家帮我看看。

是的。就说你们自己取消了航班时间，我现在要求改签，希望得到帮助啥的。
