Please note that the hotel provides complimentary hotel shuttle from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to the hotel and vice versa. The shuttle service starts from 5.30am to 12.00 midnight. It runs every 30 minutes. Should you arrive at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) after 12 midnight, please contact the hotel for transfer arrangement from KLIA to the hotel. The waiting area is at Level 1 Gate 3 of the KLIA.
The hotel does not provide complimentary shuttle from the Air Asia Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) to the hotel. From LCCT guests may take taxi directly to the hotel (which cost about RM43.00 between 6.30am – 11.30pm. Beyond this hour the 50% midnight surcharge will apply). Guests need to purchase the taxi coupon from the taxi counter OR guest may take a bus (operate from 6.00am to 11.30pm which cost RM2.50 per person) from LCCT to KLIA. Then from KLIA guests can take our complimentary shuttle to the hotel.
From the hotel to LCCT we do have scheduled chargeable shuttle as per attached. Guest is to book at the transportation counter upon arrival at the hotel.
