我又给他回了:你是不是想把责任推给酒店啊?我到酒店的时候,人家跟我要酒店预定确认号,我查了expedia的订单,里面根本没有这个号码。如果你们已经为我预定了酒店,能告诉我为什么没有确认号吗?正视你自己的错误,别把责任推给别人! |
