之后官网提交Form，返回的结果是

之后我尝试通过上推跟客服联络，客服也只是说
Hi!Please be advised that for flights affected of disruption - guests were given the option to rebook – up to 1 month without any charges or reroute – up to 1 month of the nearest alternate station without charges.Unfortunately for international flights, rerouting is not applicable as we not have alternate airport station available. Hope this clarifies. Thank you.
你要么改一个月内的任意一天，要么退款。这与要么选七月27，要么退款。有何区别？
