进展:发了5封邮件终于同意退款给我了。14天内。哎。不过SAWADEE回邮件超快。。不知道会不会被收手续费。。
本来之前用BOOKING定了一家PP的房间。当时是最后一家。可以免费取消。
可是SAWADEE便宜20来块。我手贱。就在SAWADEE通过支付宝定了。没过多久SAWADEE发来了确认信。说确认可以入住了。
我就放心退了BOOKING。。结果刚刚又发邮件过来说没房了!要我去住另一家!退差价给我!我就不肯。然后我又联系BOOKING那边。把我的订单恢复了。。还多收了40来块。吐血。
可是最奇葩的来了。。SAWADEE回复我说为了帮我节约汇率差。所以不退款给我了。要我在他们网站任意选一家入住他们帮我付款。。。可是PP我就想住这家。。
太郁闷了。。。求助!我该怎么和SAWADEE沟通最能保障我的权益呢?
我英文又不好一直靠谷歌翻译的。郁闷死了。
附上SAWADEE给我的邮件。。高人帮我看看我有没有理解错误。。
