收到信，大概意思是一房一晚是免费。连住的第二间房间给88马的价格。但我认为条款并没有说一个帐户定同晚不连住是有问题的，所以还写信PK了一下。

Hence, one of the terms and conditions stipulated for this 888 Free Rooms campaign is that the reservation is only applicable for 1 night stay and not for consecutive stay reservations.



With reference to your reservations, we have noticed that you have made more than 1 room night reservation on this 888 Free Rooms Campaign.  With that, we would like to offer you the remaining of your reservations our Exclusive Opening rate of RM88++ per room per night inclusive of breakfast for two adults and free wifi.  Please do let us know which reservation date will be enjoying the 1 Free Room Night Campaign.

After our investigations on the below complaints forwarded by your good self, we have found that the reservations from the Free Room Nights Campaign has changed to a charged rate due to a technical problem.



In the interim, the Hotel’s reservation team is manually going through all the individual reservations to correct the technical problem.  They are also in the midst of reviewing if the bookings have qualified according to the Terms and Conditions on the Free Room Nights Campaign.  Further to this, a hotel confirmation letter will be sent to you  with the corrected reservation amending the details to complimentary.



Please be advised if the bookings received do not meet the booking conditions, meaning they have booked more than 01 consecutive night, we are happy to honour the 01 night Free Room and for the rest of the booking dates we will extend to them the RM88++ per room per night inclusive of breakfast and WiFi.



The Hotel apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this unforeseeable technical problem.

大概意思是说，他们会人工处理订单，我还会收到另外一封确认信，一般就是连住，第二个房间是88马的。第一个是免费。如果还有意见要等收到确认信后再回复给他们。
