如题同时下了两个订单,支付宝全部付款成功
第一个订单瞬间收到行程单,第二个迟迟没收到,刚打了客服,说第二个订单自动取消了。
这是什么操作》》》

本人坐标西雅图,拨打了美国客服电话,没什么鸟用,态度挺好,就是不解决问题
然后写了邮件

登录系统之后看到booking,但是没有confirm,要我补差价?老子才不补
然后客服发邮件说
Since booking was manually reinstated, there were charges that needs to be reversed. Amount due was already forwarded to the relevant department for adjustment/reversal. Once adjustment is processed, Itinerary receipt will be sent to your contact email address used in the booking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
