我也遇到了这个问题,已经解决好了。
1、在www.GetGo.com.ph 用宿务的邮箱注册一下
2、在回到宿务,如果还是不能登录,再试一下忘记密码
3、就可以成功登录了
ps,getgo那边注册有个验证码,需要番q

We did search your account and found out that you've been a Ceb Club member. Ceb Club is now GetGo. Since you've been a Ceb Club member your GetGo email address is updated or transferred to GetGo. However, the account is now closed either due to failure to update the account or long period of inactivity and non-earning of points.
Please be advised that GetGo website and Cebu Pacific website are two different sites using the same username and password. You are able to book via Cebu Pacific since it did not detect that your GetGo accounts were already closed. Once the account synchronized, you have been prompted that the account is already closed.
Kindly follow the simple steps in place for you to enroll at GetGo below for you to retrieve your booking with Cebu Pacific:
1. Go to www.GetGo.com.ph and click "Quick Enroll" at the homepage
2. Fill in all the necessary fields.
3. Review the Terms and Conditions then click "Create Account"
