12 MARCH 2020 – As a review with recent Covid-19 outbreak situation, below is Thai Lion Air travel advisory into and out of Japan, Singapore, Mainland China, and Taiwan. Any ticket to/from Japan, Singapore, Mainland China, and Taiwan, issued before/on 12 March 2020 with traveling date between 12 March 2020 – 30 April 2020 are given the following options:
1. Rebooking: 1.1 One (1) change allowed 1.2 Change fee and fare difference will be waived 1.3 For passenger who has connecting flight to/from Japan, Singapore, Mainland China, and Taiwan must have same booking code 1.4 Subject to seat availability 1.5 Travel Validity date until 30 September 2020
2. Credit account: 2.1 Retain the value of your booking in the account of Thai Lion Air for next travel with Thai Lion Air. 2.2 The online credit account is to be redeemed before the traveling date for booking within 90 calendar days from the issued date of traveling. And can be applied new traveling date until 30 September 2020 - Terms and Conditions apply
- Any bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents must be done via travel agents from which the booking was made.
