We wish to inform you that your flight was canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. NokScoot has canceled some flights to Japan, India, Taipei and China between 01 May 2020 to 01 June 2020.
We apologize for disrupting your travel plans. NokScoot offers passengers the following choices.
Opt for unlimited flight changes with new travel date before 24 October 2020, subject to fare difference and seat availability.To change, please manage your booking on "Nokscoot.com" before 15 May 2020; or
Opt for a 100% refund of the unused itinerary value in the form of transferable NokScoot Travel Voucher, valid for 360 days for travel to be booked within this validity period;
To seek a voucher, please request via "NokScoot Voucher Request", however for passengers who booked through a travel agency, please contact your travel agency directly.
We thank you for your continued support and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
