有人在宿务退票说超过一年不能原路退，还要发申请去申请现金汇款退？

刚申请退款。。。。。

4月份就申请退款了，当时邮件确认2个周期，到了7月初，邮件来，说困难，大约需要4个周期，算算到8月底就能退了，9月初给客服打电话，客服告知一般是4个周期，约莫着9月中旬到下旬能退到账户，现在都10月9号了，还是没动静

宿务让我把电汇表格修改，fill out designation，啥意思啊，还让我签字，还让我扫彩色的身份证，他们邮箱不接受大附件啊，超过8m肯定退信，有没有退款群，就是大家都没退成功的加个好友分享一下经验呀

However, may you send us a revised bank details form and ensure to fill out Designation, date and  sign under authorized signatories . Also  kindly send us another valid ID, we'll appreciate if you may send us a colored copy of the resident ID/ card.

关键是，他们说七个工作日给邮件填写卡号信息，然而并没有邮件。而且电汇是要手续费的，他们也没确保说手续 ...

刚刚打电话问了，退信用账户都不行，只有电汇
