英语菜鸟，遇到麻烦了，邮件内容是这样：
你好：我在贵网站预订12月18日香港如心酒店1间1晚，Client number :        OLO870855，Booking n° :        2030363，但是非常遗憾的是我不幸扭伤腰部，医生诊断需要卧床休息，为此，行程取消，十分遗憾需要取消该订单，并恳请鉴于特殊原因免掉取消费。诚挚谢意，随信附上病例。
