I expressed surprise and anger you.When I consume, and ye gave me Platinum .I did not get the points before you cancel Platinum.I do not think this is the correct practice of such a big company.
I consumed at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay for nearly $ 2000, I think I have the ability to become your platinum, but I was very disappointed with your behavior.This is a deception.
Same conditions Hilton gave me a gold card,Accor gave me Platinum Card, obviously they wise than you.
