大家离开菲律宾前都去eTravel登记了离境卡吗？

收到Cebu的提醒邮件：
Accomplish your OnlineDeparture Card before your flight
All guests departing the Philippines are required to register and fill out theonline departure card at the eTravelonline portal within 72 hours and not later than 3 hoursfrom the scheduled time of departure. Once complete, guests will receive a QRcode that they need to present at Immigration.


请问大家在离开菲律宾回国前都去登记了吗？如果不填回国时会有啥麻烦？我看了里面除了填departure date，还要填return date。向我们这种回国的，return date就随便瞎填一个吗？

今年去了几次，出马尼拉重来没有填过这个etravel。国庆去的时候填写了，结果压根不看。
