Our hotel data team verified a data anomaly for this hotel property. The anomaly resulted in the incorrect hotel name being displayed on KAYAK's booking pages and booking receipts you received.
The confirmed hotel reservations is for the: Ibis Bangkok Siam Rama 1 Wangmai, Bangkok, 10330, TH.
Your reservation is not at the: Mecure Bangkok Siam, Rama 1 Wangma, Bangkok, Thailand 10330.
Although rare, data issues can occur, KAYAK makes sure to call this out in the Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to cancel this reservation and not complete the stay please respond to this message and we will reach out to Expedia's service center requesting a waiver for the non refundable reservation due to this data situation.
If you wish to keep the reservation you will not need to do anything.
