大意就是expedia发给他们的信息里我订的是美爵楼下的ibis的标间,根本不是美爵……那个宜必思原价也就300多……
总之,如果有当时通过KAYAK订了Mercure Bangkok Siam的童鞋还是速速联系酒店看看到底定的是哪里,如果你们的房间也出了问题,就尽早联系网站处理。
我已经写信给Expedia了,希望能够迅速解决……马上就要出发了呀……哭……

最新情况:KAYAK给我回信了,说是可以继续入住ibis或是选择退款(定的时候是不可退款的)。不管选择哪一种,KAYAK将退50刀给我,等于即使入住也是免费入住的状况了。不过考虑到可能会是3个人过去,ibis不能加床实在是不知道怎么弄。准备联系看看怎么解决。
