菲鹰订票付款问题

我在菲鹰订了机票，用中行信用卡支付，收到了银行的扣款短信，并收到菲鹰的确认邮件。可是过了半小时菲鹰有给我一封邮件说因为信用卡支付问题，要取消机票的预订。怎么办啊？

你是用自己的信用卡付款么？最好打电话到信用卡中心，看看是哪方面要求取消的。

我用老婆的卡付款的。银行已经扣款了啊。

刚电话银行，说卡是正常的。问题出在菲鹰了。

我收到确认邮件了，里面的链接也能看到我的预订。可是半小时后又收到一封信用卡支付不成功的邮件，说预订会取消。我问了中行说我的卡没有问题。已经发邮件给菲鹰了。等回复
