前几天收到宿雾航空邮件,告诉有航班被取消。可选择更换航班,也可退款到信用卡或旅游基金。
信件内容如下:

Cebu Pacific would like to inform you that your flight has been cancelled due to aircraft situation. However, we have mounted another flight which you may take in lieu of the cancelled flight.

哈哈,这个航班当初在时间上选择有问题,已经补当天其它时间段航班。结果放弃的航班竟然......
根据邮件提示,电话到香港办公室。总机是粤语+菲式英语,听得晕啊。请一个英文超好的广州同事帮忙,最后是以英文沟通估计不是香港人。花半小时才搞定。
对方提示:1、全额退款要45-60个银行工作日2、退旅游基金,立刻到账。
