Hi. It is your management's responsibility to avoid such mistakes. I am able to accept your explanation that your management made mistakes in updating the price, but the price you offered now is way too far from my budget and considering the hours have been spent in arranging the trip, I do not agree to cancel my booking nor paying additional money for it.
As a long-term customer, I will be very disappointed if my reservation is cancelled. Furthermore, I will reserve my right to take legal action with some other customers against your company on this issue if it happens. Also, the reputation of your company is at harm as this issue will be brought up across the popular travelling webs.
