Group Booking  团队预订

Criteria that must be fulfilled to be classified as group booking:预订条件

1. Minimum of 10 guests per booking 10人以上

2. Children above 2 years of age on the date of travel (supported with birth certificate or

passport for international flight) shall be considered as 1 guest. A child below 2 years will

be considered an infant. 2岁以下才算婴儿，2岁以上算1名乘客名额

Service Fee, Deposit & Full payment 服务费收费标准

A non-refundable Service Fee, Deposit per guest is payable in accordance with the payment

deadline schedule. Refer to the Service Fee, Deposit payment – it may change from time to time

without prior notice.

The following payment deadline schedules shall apply for booking done via Group Desk

For travel date beyond 2 month from booking date:   2个月以上的预订

1. Service Fee upon booking   预订时支付服务费

2. Deposit payment of 30% of total amount (Fare+Fee+Tax) per passenger to be made

within 48hours from date of booking    48小时内付30%机票款

3. Deposit payment of 20% of total amount (Fare+Fee+Tax) per passenger to be made

within 30days from date of booking     30天内付 20%机票款

4. Full payment to be made at least 30days before departure date.    出发前30天付全款

For travel date within 2 month from booking date:   2个月以内的预订

1. Service Fee upon booking

2. Deposit payment of 50% of total amount (Fare+Fee+Tax) per passenger to be made

within 48 hours from date of booking

3. Full payment to be made at least 30days before departure

For travel date within 1 month from booking date:

1. Service Fee upon booking

2. Full payment to be made within 48hours from date of booking

For travel date within 1 week from booking date:

1. Full payment & Name List to be made on same date (within 24 hours) of booking.

Payment

A non-refundable ‘Service Fee’ per guest must be collected at the point of reserving the seats

(refer to service fee list above for amount payable).

For bookings made via Group Desk, only credit card payment shall be accepted. AG/BSP/TT/Bank

Transfer is optional for deposit/full payment

Guest Name List 乘客清单

Full name list including passport/ NRIC details to be submitted at least 7 days before standard

time of departure (STD). (From TBA to Name A) 飞行前7天必须提供完整清单（姓名 护照）

You are allowed only once to substitute the passenger named (Name A) in the confirmed booking

with another passenger name (Name B) as per Name Change SOP subject to a payment of a

change fee as provided in the fee schedule and the following terms:  可以修改一次 再修改就要付款

a. Request is made outside of forty hours (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight

departure time   飞行前48小时内不能再修改名单

b. Original as well as the substituted passengers. Identities are authenticated.

Passport copy of both origin & new name to be submitted.   

c. First sector is not utilized by the original guest and/or for single sectors the original

guest has not checked in for the flight       checkin后不能改名

Flight Change

Beyond 2 weeks of STD – flight change is allowed with immediate payment of applicable change

fees and fare difference.         飞行前2周前是可以更改航班 但是需要支付差额

Within 2 weeks of STD – flight change is strictly prohibited.     飞行前2周不可以更改航班

After departure of first segment – flight changes to the return segment is permitted (beyond 48

hours of STD) with immediate payment of applicable change fees and fare difference.

Re-Routing

Re-routing is strictly not allowed.   航线不可更改，只能改航班也就是同一出发目的地的航班的飞行时间

Divide PNR

Divide PNR is only allowed if flight change is required and that it complies with the flight change

terms and conditions. Changes must be made immediately upon division.

Note: Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions will result in immediate

cancellation of the booking/s.

-         Fare quoted may change from time to time subject to seat availability

-         For Reservation, kindly call our group team at 603 8775 4399  (Monday to Friday / 0900-1800, closed on Saturday to Sunday & Public Holiday)

Note: 有些机场要交离境税是不包含在机票里的

*Kindly note that some airport taxes are collected by the Airport Authority before flight departure from airport (i.e. airport tax for these countries are not included in total AirAsia fare amount). Some of these countries include:
- Indonesia
- Cambodia
- Philippines
- Brunei
- Myanmar
