Our apologies for the cancellation. Given this, we have options that our affected passenger could take which will at least minimize or eradicate the inconvenience.
Rebooking – without charges for travel within 30 days from the date of departure; Subject to seat availability. For roundtrip flight, same number of days must be followed. Please see our website for your reference of the exact flight details that will fit your schedule.
Rerouting – without charges for travel within 30 days of the nearest alternate station. Subject to seat availability.
Travel Fund – full Travel fund of the amount. A credit account which guest can be use for future transactions with Cebu pacific (may use up to 90 days based on the date of creation).
Money back – full refund of the amount paid *for bookings made via credit card, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 60 working/banking days. |
