这有必要争论么?我把马来西亚官方文件贴在这里:
120 HOURS TRANSIT FACILITY WITHOUT VISA
Transit pass is issued to foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Malaysia and on transit to other countries. Transit Pass facility cannot exceed more than 120 hours (5 days). There will be no extension of this facility. Fee is not required for Transit Pass.
Visitors are only allowed to enter and leave via the following Entry/Exit Point: · Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA); or · LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal)
1. Nationalities who are ELIGIBLE are as follow: i. Citizen of Bhutan ii. Citizen of China iii. Citizen of Myanmar iv. Citizen of Taiwan v. Citizen of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan & Sri Lanka holding aPermanent Residence and Long Term Passes(Employment Pass / Dependant Pass / Work Permit / S-Pass / Student Pass/ Long Term Social Pass) in Singapore or other countries. a. Requirements: i. Possess a valid Single Entry Visa (SEV) / Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) to onward destination ; ii. Confirmed ticket to onward destination; iii. Passport / travel document with the expiry date of not less than 6 months on the date of arrival in Malaysia iv. Not listed as barred person from entering Malaysia; and v. Proof of financial ability to stay in Malaysia. 2. Effective from 15 July 2010, citizens of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan & Sri Lanka without a Permanent Resident or Long Term Passes from Singapore or other countries ARE ELIGIBLE for Transit Pass facility without visa in MalaysiaONLY TO THE COUNTRIES as mentioned below: i. Australia; ii. China; iii. Japan; iv. New Zealand; v. Republic of Korea (South Korea); vi. Taiwan; and vii. United States of America
a. Requirements: i. Travelling by Malaysia Airline System or Air Asia only. ii. Posses a valid Single Entry Visa (SEV) / Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) from the 7 (seven) countries as listed at paragraph 2 (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) (vii); iii. Confirmed ticket to countries as listed at paragraph 2 (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (vi) (vii) iv. Passport / travel document with the expiry date of not less than 6 months on the date of arrival in Malaysia. v. Not listed as barred person from entering Malaysia; and vi. Proof of financial ability to stay in Malaysia. |
