由于亚航把我航班的时间提前了1个小时55分,我写了E-FORM申请退票,退这张和当天接下来的另一班。亚航1个多月都没有回复。今天收到亚航邮件说“please be informed we have forwarded your email to Pre-Flight Department as for further action. The team will contact you directly soon and assist you.
我想请问下这封算拒绝邮件吗?
Pre-Flight Department 是个什么部门啊?
最诡异的是我去亚航查看”我的退款状态“那里输入这次退款的事件号,竟然显示记录未查到!!以前查好歹还是In progress 啊
