上周五在olotels.com上定了亚庇的酒店,在支付页面以及确认邮件中都写着住4晚可以升级到下一房型,套房什么的还可以有类似行政酒廊等待遇,感觉不错,本来只需要住3晚的,为了升级定了4晚DeLUXE。比3晚SUPERIOR要多花了90美元,付款后给我的确认单上房型并没有变化,后来与olotels确认,说必须是原价的,折扣的不可以升级。他们的活动规则上并没有写要原价房,只有写“MINIMUM 4 NIGHTS STAY, UPGRADE TO NEXT CATEGORY. ” 并且在olotels.com上并没有原价房可预订。
请问这种情况下要怎么搞,继续跟olotels纠缠么?有没有其他什么地方可以投诉欺诈的?话说olotels是哪个国家的?联系地址写的是香港,招聘启事里工作地点有罗马尼亚和西班牙。
