hotles4u的退款确认信已经收到！不是网站回复，好像是一个人回复的，用的是个人email。大家没有收到了可以换一个email试试，网站还是靠谱的，毕竟托马斯库克旗下公司，不过，羊毛没有抢到的人，飘过，，，，，，

没收到信不要着急，只要他回过邮件，就说明他认可退款，哪怕酒店过期，他都要认。
