We would like to apologise if you were unable to use of the £50 voucher on Christmas day. The offer was withdrawn on Christmas day for two reasons. Firstly it was identified that a large number of customers had made multiple bookings, despite the terms of the offer stating that the offer was limited to 1 booking per customer. Furthermore, it was identified that offer had generated a high level of fraudulent transactions, which if unchecked could have proved detrimental to the hotels4u.com business.
We deeply regret that the actions of some, lead to genuine customers not being able to take advantage of the offer and we are working on a new offer to give you in the New Year.
