您预订的巴厘岛Kupu Kupu Jimbaran酒店通知我们，由于他们在系统中错误地变更了货币种类，而导致您预定的价格由之前的美元变更为印尼卢比，您的预订已经被酒店宣告无效。同时，您与酒店的预订合同也从一开始就被酒店视为是无效的。现在，酒店愿意为您提供淡季150美金每房每晚包含早餐，旺季（12月21日至次年1月7日）230美金每房每晚包含早餐的特价，以表达他们的歉意。
请注意您预订单无效是由酒店做出的决定，并非HRS。
希望您尽快回复我们，您是否愿意以酒店提供的特价来重新预订该酒店客房，或者您也可以通过我们的网站预定其他酒店。
由此给您造成的不便，我们感到非常抱歉。遗憾的是，错误难免会发生。
我们还想告知您，根据德国民法典第122条规定, 基于这个预定，您可以向酒店申诉要求赔付由此造成的必须额外支付的费用。

Dear Customer,
The hotel Kupu Kupu Jimbaran has informed us, that the currency of price was misplaced by the hotel by mistake. In this issue, the correct currency should be USD, but the hotel changed to IDR by mistake. Therefore, the hotel has issued a declaration of avoidance. Consequently, your accommodation contract with the hotel is to be regarded as having been void from the outset. The hotel is offering you a special rate of 150 USD/night/double room including breakfast for low season and 230 USD/night/double room including breakfast for peak season (21 Dec – 7 Jan).
Please note that this declaration of avoidance has been issued by the hotel, and is not a declaration by HRS.
We kindly ask you to let us know if you would like us to issue a booking with the hotel for the correct price stated above or if you would prefer to be booked into another hotel altogether.
We sincerely regret any inconveniences caused. Sadly it is not always possible to avoid mistakes.
We would like to inform you that the hotel is liable to reimburse you for any costs that have been caused by your reliance on the existing booking pursuant to § 122 of the German Civil Code.
