麻烦各位有过宿务退票经验的帮下忙
原定3月份去达沃,之前1P促销订好了国际国内机票,3.8上海-马尼拉、3.9马尼拉-达沃、3.15达沃-马尼拉-上海。 现在宿务通知我国内段航班取消,要我改航班,时间变动4 5个小时。
正好3月份有事无法脱身,想把机票退掉,不知是否可以要求国际国内都退掉? 如果要求退国际段,以什么理由提出比较容易通过? 邮件有没有模板?英语很犯愁
