没法换了，换马航的话时间不合适，需要在马累呆一天！ 我只能打架退款了

我是5.29-6.8订的上海-KL，KL-马累
我现在想让他们第一程帮我改成上海-新加坡，然后我新加坡自己买TIGER去马累往返，KL-马累让他们退钱给我

我发了邮件要求将我的吉隆坡到马累的往返航班换到马来西亚航空相同时间航班，然后今天给我电话听不懂，只能勉强让他听懂继续给我发邮件。刚刚收到的邮件，但用翻译软件看意思也不是很明白，有没有人能解释我下一步要做什么呢?
Firstly please accept our apology for the MLE (Maldvies) Route Suspension effective from 1st March 2014.

Moving forward, please be advised that due to MLE Route Suspension, we will be offering the options all the affected passenger as per below;

1) Full Refund ; or
2) Full Credit Shell ;or
3) Move Flight prior to 01st March 2014 without any additional cost based on availability ; or
4) Reroute to any other AirAsia X – D7 destination (Point to Point only), without any additional cost
5) Transfer to an alternative airline subject to availability, without any additional cost.



In order to avoid undue congestion and delays in replying to your queries, we request that you contact us in relation to any queries you may have via email, only after you have received your individual notice regards to your flight cancelation. Please be informed that this alternative airline Transfer is only for selected flights and selected travel period ONLY and if you opted for the alternative airline Transfer, we suggest you to wait until the individual notice which will be send to the passengers by stages.



Please be informed that Call Centre Team do not have access to other carriers' booking systems and will not be able advise or make the necessary arrangements to a different airline therefore as per advice earlier, please wait until the individual notice that we will send to the affected passengers separately.

However if you choose the option 1,2.3 or 4, you may revert back to us and also contact the Call Centre Team for assistance.



We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that was caused as we have put our best effort to assist your issue accordingly. 展望未来，请注意，由于MLE路线暂停，我们将提供该选项的所有受影响的乘客按照以下;

1）全额退款;或
2）完全学分制外壳;或
3）移动飞之前2014年3月01号不根据实际情况的任何额外费用;或
4）重新路由到任何其他亚航X  -  D7目的地（只点至点），无需任何额外费用
5）转移到另一种航空公司视情况而定，没有任何额外费用。



为了避免不必要的拥挤和在回答你的查询延迟，我们要求您与我们联系，就任何疑问您都可以通过电子邮件，您收到个别通知，问候你的航班取消之后。请告知，这种替代航空公司的传输只对选定的航班和选择的旅行期间只，如果你选择了另类航空公司转让，我们建议您等待将被发送到乘客分阶段个别通知。
