2月13更新,
今天上午把银行信息发给了亚航,下午收到了亚航的邮件:
Dear Guest, Good day.
With regards to your email, please be informed that we have forwarded your bank details below to our finance team in order to expedite the payment.
Please note that the refund will take 14-30 working days.
Regards,
应该是开始进行退款了,但是进度还不知道在哪里查。如果不出状况的话会2个月左右到账。 有情况再更新。其他遇难同胞也加油努力沟通!!!!!

亚航放我鸽子,取消马累航线,导致北京-吉隆坡也无法使用。
我给亚航发邮件申请退两段航线,刚才收到了回复,并且这个人同时抄送了很多人,不知道是不是领导。
如下邮件:
