本来计划好的行程,因为妈妈突然要住院就取消了,而且是临出发前,所以机票都是只能售后才有心情去弄。
年后开始退税,亚航和酷航。亚航到现在都还没到账
开说酷航——先打电话问了客服,客服跟我说要写信,然后用讲了一大串地址,我还傻傻地一直问,那个@放在哪里,是哪家公司的邮箱,地址如下:

是的,这个写信就真的是“写”信,要用邮票的那种,我为我之前的无知感到无奈,哈哈哈哈哈~~~~其实这些在网上也有,只是心里着急没有好好找。
To claim a tax refund, you will need to send us a letter request, which must include: - Booking reference number
- Flight details, and specific flight sector refund is being requested for
- Contact Number
Please send your request to the following address. Note that it must be postmarked within 90 days of your scheduled departure date. Please allow us to process it within 6-8 weeks from the time we have received your request*.
不过我问了客服,原来目前香港出发的退税是可以不收手续费的,其他地方的就不知道了。然后我就按上面的要求写了信,再在行程单上把信息标出了。对了,是两个人的订单,只退一个。最后用邮政最便宜的海运寄出,三块五吧好像,一封薄薄地信在海上漂,还一直怕寄丢来着哈哈哈哈~~~依稀记得好像是二月下旬寄的,结果今天就收到退款到账的信息啦!嗨森啊~~~
因为是用信用卡买的,就直接退回啦~~
