之前看到有网友分享大特价票改了直航,但没改时间。
我当时也图便宜买了联程票,抱着试试看的心理发邮件给 aax_preflight@airasia.com
要求改直航并且改时间,推后5天出发
一开始回复

就是发给相关部门处理,然后就没回复也没电话了。
过了一个星期我想起来了,怎么还没回复,又发了封邮件过去。
然后第二天连着进来6封邮件,是新的机票确认单,改了直航和时间~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
发过去的邮件内容不外乎是什么亚航的系统错误啦,然后偕老带小的转机很吃力啦,直接google翻译的。
搞定~~
