关于亚航的航班取消和改签的提示，不要用QQ邮箱发邮件

上个星期我收到了亚航发来的手机短信以及电子邮件，告诉我5月19日杭州-吉隆坡下午14点10分的航班已经被取消，而且当天无航班。

全文如下：

Dear Valued Guest,

We refer to your flight D7 303 on [Monday], [19th May 2014] scheduled to depart at 1410hrs from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.

We regret to inform you that the above flight has been cancelled.

This cancellation is due to Commercial Reasons.

Please contact us at aax_preflight@airasia.com, quoting your booking number, if:

·         You want to move* to the closest flight to your original flight as follows:

-      D7 307 on [Sunday], [18th May 2014], departing at 2320hrs, arriving in Kuala Lumpur at 0420hrs the next day;

-      D7 307 on [Tuesday], [20th May 2014] departing at 2320hrs, arriving in Kuala Lumpur at 0420hrs the next day;

·         You wish to move* to any of our other Hangzhou – Kuala Lumpur flights of your choice;

·         You wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;

·         You wish to convert the fares into an Online Credit Shell;

·         Should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia X/ AirAsia, we will also move* them accordingly; or

·         Should you have any concerns you would like us to address

*at no cost, subject to availability

Also, please find attached a letter confirming the cancellation for your travel insurance provider should you require it.

我连续发了N多封邮件到此地址，一周了也无回复，拔打广州客服电话，告诉我他们没有权限，最后没有办法尝试下其他邮箱，选择使用了GMAIL邮箱发了封同样内容的邮件，一天就搞定了，所以我发现问题，大家不要使用QQ邮箱噢，对方收不到！
