然后打agoda电话，退了房间，agoda还免了15美金取消费。

回复信怎么说？我的回复邮件是 ：At Gord Chiangmai, Check-in time is 2:00 pm onward and check-out time is at noon. If you arrive early, we will be glad to store your bags in our storage room and make our changing room available for you to freshen up.
