Messageear Sir : Sorry to inform that due to network delay there wasn't sucessful reservation online when I make the first booking by the coupon code provided by your website .Then I close the page . In the next, I received your reservation confirmation mail and my credit card chargeback notice which showed the original room fee , That means I hadn't have the 60usd discount as your coupon code stated .What's the matter with this damn booking ? My questions are below : 1),What's the real situation right now ? 2),Can i cancled the reservation ? Do we need to pay extra handling fee ? 3),If we make the second the booking on your website now , Can we get discount with the coupon code ? 4),Please try to get back to us for above mentioned questions as our coupon code will be out of valid within 48hrs .
