哎 我在facebook上还跟他谈心了 也没有。
给我回的“Hi XX - all of our customers have been provided with the opportunity of taking advantage of the special discounted rate that the hotel have offered customers impacted by the rate error. Where customers do not wish to make any additional payment a full refund is available. As an agent we do not own or directly operate services and as such we have no direct control over the operational decisions of our suppliers.“

意思就是他们没法，哎。
完全回避我的意思。

这个网站的确是在避重就轻，或者说在撒谎。说这个错误是酒店的，酒店不承认他们没辙。hotelclub承认与他们没关系
总之，很不负责。其实我们不是不讲道理，如果他们很有诚意的道歉，态度好点也就算了，结果态度强硬，狡辩

我的票反正是春节，还有8个月。
我坚信还有普吉岛毛的。

用啦，在德国网站订的，比agoda的便宜400+，果断取消agoda
