Good day. We have received your feedback from our Customer Care team and after several discussion made, we have decided to compensate you base on weight basis as goodwill gesture eventhough it`s wrongly taken case. However, in order for us to process the claim, we`ll need some documents from you as required by finance as per below;
1) A photocopy of your Passport
2) A photocopy of your Bank Account (preferably Bank passbook or Bank Statement)
3) Swift Code (International Transaction)
4) Authorization Letter (for 3rd party account – if necessary)
Upon submission of the above required documents, we will send you a Letter of Offer and Discharge Voucher for your kind perusal. Awaiting for your prompt reply.
