以上是第四封信,更加離譜。我一直沒有收到由pre-flight team 發來的電話和郵件,所有的email 都是由 Ms Thanamrajah C 代表customer care team 發出的。留意字眼,用了 liaised, 有 liaise 嗎? 好像全部都是Ms Thanamrajah C自編自導自演。
