今日收到那個印度人的郵件,所謂道歉信。還有亞航小紅。首先看看郵件。留意字眼。錯漏百出。自己做錯了事,一句apologize就算! 不可能。
其次,裏面提到,remove to put on the next availability flight, 我是給他們改前了航班。

We are sorry for the frustration you experienced with the cancellation and retime which has confused you on my previous e-mail and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We understand you have liaised with a few of our team members on your flight issue which was cancelled and remove to put on the next availability flight which we are not able to change as it is less then
45 minutes, within 30 minutes. These changes to the flight is beyond our control. At any time after a booking has been made we may change our schedules and or cancel, terminate, divert , postpone reschedule or delay any flight whether we are reasonable consider this to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
