I have booked Bangkok hotels using it's effective coupon by www.Hotels.com and pay the full payment by credit card.
But now,Hotels.com cancelled my orders unilaterally without any reasonable reasons.
On 12 Sep.2014 and 18 Sep.2014,I and my friends will fly to Bangkok checking into hotels.And the trip has been determined.
What shall we do?
