新年劲赏 1/1之前预订，1/1之后入住的房间，IHG总部回复邮件
参加了新年劲赏活动，拿到白板任务，官网12/29预订的1/1入住的皇冠假日，客服说1/1之前的预订不能算，然后我不同意，下面是IHG总部给我的回复邮件，请大家帮忙看看是什么意思啊，到底是同意还是不同意算进任务，本人英语太差，没看懂。Warm greetings from IHG Rewards Club.
We are sending this email in response to your escalated concern regarding our Set Your Sights promotion.
It has come to our attention that you had a recent stay from the Crowne Plaza - Nanjing, Jiangsu China last January 1, 2015 for 1 night, that was booked prior to the start of the promotion and you would like for these bookings to be counted toward your offers for the Set Your Sights promotion.
We are very much willing to make an exemption, however we will only be able to extend the exemption for the stay. For future bookings, kindly adhere to the terms and conditions per offer.
Kindly allow 2-3 weeks after checking out before we can make the necessary adjustments.
Moving forward, we will be monitoring on your account once the stays have been posted.

哇，太好了，谢谢您哦。
IHG中国客服太恶心，我预订之前还打电话确认过，说1/1之前预订也可以算任务的，这样我才定，结果前天打电话就说不算，说赔偿我2000积分，我不同意，他们才说那让总部处理。
看来大家要坚持和他们理论。

直接打4848客服电话，处理结果就说不同意，他们就会提交到总部的。 我的任务积分还没有到账 打电话说让我耐心等待 我也是1月份之前预定的 不知道算不算任务 楼主你是主动问的么 怎么问的他们

我1/1入住的，到现在积分都没有到，任务也没有更新，所以我主动打电话问的。
我告诉他我12/29号预订的，算不算任务，他说不能算官网预订这一个任务，然后我就和他理论，说这是他们客服的问题，因为我预订之前打电话确认过。
