21号打电话说要5工作日解封，今天打去说还要5工作日，一直在拖，而且好几个人都是要去住免房的那天被通知免房被取消，IHG对用户太不负责了

就是不给解封的意思。实在逼急了，就说你违反了一些条款，账户被封。
然后再去问她要证据，她说抱歉，要再去跟你确认几个工作日。
这是我用邮件跟美国那边沟通的结果。
