GetGo账号如果无法通过密码找回,就需要重新注册,可能和上次服务器出状况有关系。我在上月通过twitter咨询过,官方回复我需要重新使用原邮箱注册,注册成功后,原来订单还在。官方回复如下:
As we have checked your GetGo account ******* / xxxxxxxx@***.com has already been closed by the system due to inactivity of your account. You may still register with GetGo at any time.​

Just follow the steps on how to create a GetGo account.

1. Go to https://www.GetGo.com.ph and click "Quick Enroll" at the homepage.
2. Fill-in all the necessary fields.
3. Review the Terms and Conditions then click Create Account.

Once account is created, you may now access both Cebu Pacific Air and GetGo Websites using the same log in details.

Take note that your log information (username and password) at GetGo website should match your log information (username and password) at Cebu Pacific website to avoid hassles and error in managing bookings and doing web check-ins.

按要求重置就可以了,要求密码10~16位,至少一个大写字母、一个小写字母和一个数字。之前服务器崩了,没法重置。

试了下。重置还需要身份验证。又让输帐号和密码,死循环。。。。。
