三年没用宿务账号，账号没了怎么办？
有三年没买宿务机票了，最近400多往返马尼拉看的便宜，在飞猪上买了4套往返春节后半段的。今天想登录宿务官网，一直说密码不对，尝试了密码取回也说没这个邮箱，有人碰到过这种事情吗？难不成重新注册个？
以前用了好多年了，里面记录都没了有点可惜
然后前面发现我论坛账号也登不进了，刚用了密码取回，这几年都是看帖不回帖，也没登录，貌似账号被人盗用过，还给版主禁言过。。。我都不晓得 ErrorOops! This account does not seem to be active or to exist. Please try again or contact us to check on this issue.
用密码取回，显示这个 密码升级了
我也遇到了这个问题，已经解决好了。
1、在www.GetGo.com.ph 用宿务的邮箱注册一下
2、在回到宿务，如果还是不能登录，再试一下忘记密码
3、就可以成功登录了
ps，getgo那边注册有个验证码，需要番q

However, the account is now closed either due to failure to update the account or long period of inactivity and non-earning of points.

以前的号都没了，现在都是GETGO的号，重新弄。 谢谢楼上的，我去试试 我去注册GETGO，说邮箱已经注册了，用忘记密码又报错。。。 无语了 我也遇到这个问题。后面到处跳来跳去。成功找回密码。升级为getgo。
老账号不是getgo。所以密码都被重置了。要忘记密码。但是订机票官网或APP的忘记密码通道正常是不成功。我重复很多次后，某个地方点击忘记密码后成功找回了。你多摸索，多试。
